Research- Advice on 360 degree shot

For one of our shots we wanted to use a 360 degree shot of the performer, but unfortunalty we couldnt find a step by step on youtube on how to do it with the camera so we asked one of our teachers for advice.

From learning his we realised hat it would be hard to do the 360 degree shot ouside in the allyway as planned beause the surface wouldnt be smooth.
one of the advice given was to do the 360 degree shot in a sudio where the ground should be smooth, however we will try both locations (the ally wy and a studio) to se which result was better.
