For research we looked at fan sites, the artists official website and similar artits to draw an idea on what the average audience for our video will be like?

question/answeron a fansite a question was asked on how fans get there music and what site the use, one of the response was 'soundcloud'. This may be a website than fans use to distribute and consume music.
The artist website
on Katy B's facebook we get a clear idea on who her fans are and what they are interested in due to comments and likes.
when looking at the artits website we realised that majority of the people liking and commenting on her post were mainly male and from outside the UK.
after looking at the artists facebok account i was able to connet to one of her fans face book account to see what hes interested in; Kleber is interested in Ne-yo, guter hero, christiano Ronaldo, Manchester united, weight training etc
